Lagan Homes

Martinshaw Meadow is a new housing development by Lagan Homes named after Martinshaw Wood, one of the largest woodlands in the National Forest. Lagan Homes wanted a design that reflected the development's connection to nature.

We created an identity that encapsulated both the locality to nature and its audience: young families and first-timer buyers. It’s unique, inspiring, and emotive.

Our goal was to capture the essence of the stunning natural surroundings in the branding and brochure design. The carefully selected colour palette and logo effectively convey the distinctive character of this contemporary project.
